Michael was truly helpful from pre sale offering suggestions. Then his video was truly amazing… it got over 3500 views in just three weeks. He was very responsive during the three weeks until we had an offer. And throughout the period leading up to the closing, he was very supportive when we hit a few ‘ speed bumps’. As first-time buyers, we found Katie to be an absolute dream to work with from our first introductory chat to closing (and beyond!). We sought her out because of the high reviews and her local knowledge of the Hudson Valley area, and we knew we made the right choice of agents as soon as we had our first meeting with her. I think what Katie brings -- in addition to her area knowledge and expertise in her field of course -- is a deep sense of empathy, honesty and a straightforward communication style that cuts through all the noise in what can be a very overwhelming process. Nicole was absolutely amazing.Earlier this summer I started looking for a second home in upstate NY. My partner and I (both early 30’s) have been living in the city for years and finally were ready to expand out for some fresh air. Going into it, we had expectations for where we wanted to be, what we wanted around us, and what we were looking for in our home. Nicole did a fantastic job hearing us out on what we wanted as well as introducing us to areas we have previously not explored. As a first time homebuyer I have to say we really knew very little and the whole process can seem extremely overwhelming. From the first interaction I had with Genevieve I knew I wanted her to be our realtor. She was super knowledgeable, truthful and communicative every step of the stressful and unpredictable process. We were going up against another strong offer and she was able to guide us and offer helpful incentives to ultimately have our offer accepted which without her we would have never known to do. I couldn’t recommend her enough whether it be for her unlimited knowledge and experience or just for her positive but also realistic outlook. The only other advice I would give looking back is going with other professionals she recommends. She had recommended an attorney to use but we had found our own before that. The communication between your real estate agent, attorney and lender is so important to make the deal go smoothly which we learned the hard way.
