Michael was truly helpful from pre sale offering suggestions. Then his video was truly amazing… it got over 3500 views in just three weeks. He was very responsive during the three weeks until we had an offer. And throughout the period leading up to the closing, he was very supportive when we hit a few ‘ speed bumps’. He came to the closing which was a circus and delayed by two hours. He worked well with my lawyer and was kind and understanding with the buyer ( whose realtor never showed up).
